Crivello is built and tested on our machines. It is not live yet, and it is not a registered company yet. These terms are a draft for a lawyer to review.
1. Who we are#
In short. Crivello, run by Karanjot Singh in Ludhiana. Using Crivello means you agree to these terms.
Crivello (“we”) runs crivello.ai and the Crivello app. Crivello is not a registered company yet. It is run by its founder, Karanjot Singh, in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Email: content@crivello.ai. By using Crivello you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use Crivello#
In short. Adults who can sign a contract. Founders sign for their company.
You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract. Founders use Crivello for their company, and confirm they may agree to these terms for it.
3. What Crivello does, and does not do#
In short. We run your hiring up to the final round. You decide who you hire. Five days is our target, not a promise.
Crivello gives you a hosted career page, screens applicants, runs AI interviews and hands you finalists with the evidence behind each score. You build the scorecard. You choose who becomes a finalist. A person on our team reviews every finalist packet before you see it. Your final round is with you, booked in your calendar, and we do not score it.
We aim for verified finalists in 5 days, and we warn you on day 3 if applicants are short. That is a target. We do not guarantee a hire, a number of finalists or a date.
We do not source candidates and we do not post your job for you. Candidates apply. You get job pages built for Google for Jobs, an Indeed-ready feed and ready-to-paste posts.
4. Accounts#
In short. Email and password, verified. Keep it private.
Sign up with an email and a password, and verify your email. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Fees#
In short. $500 per role, plus 5% of first-year salary when you hire. Our first 10 design partners get their first role free.

You tell us when you hire, with the yearly base salary and the start date. There is no subscription, and no card is needed to start your first role. Payments go through Dodo Payments; prices exclude taxes.
Planned, not built yet: a free replacement if a hire leaves within 90 days. It will be a replacement, not a refund. These terms will say how it works once it is built.
6. Founders: your part#
In short. Hire fairly and lawfully, tell us the truth about hires, and keep candidate data to this hire.
- Do not discriminate, and follow the hiring laws where you hire.
- Tell us when you hire someone who came through Crivello, and the real salary.
- Use interviews and recordings only to decide this hire.
- Keep packet share links private. Each link expires after 14 days.
- Do not turn a candidate down on an integrity note alone. A note is evidence for a person to look at, not a verdict.
7. Candidates#
In short. Free for you. Answer as yourself. You can ask for a person instead of the AI.
Applying and interviewing are free. Answer as yourself, with no one else answering for you, and use AI tools only where the round allows them. Some roles ask for an ID check. Before each AI round you agree to the AI interview, the recording and how we use your data.
You can ask for a human interviewer, or ask a person to re-check your result. The AI interview notice says how.
8. Rules of use#
In short. No illegal use, no attacks, no scraping, no pretending to be someone else.

9. Your content#
In short. What you upload stays yours. We use it only to run Crivello.
You own what you upload. You let us store and process it to run Crivello, and to pass it to the providers named in our privacy policy, only for that.
10. AI can be wrong#
In short. Every score quotes the candidate, so you can check it. Read the evidence before you decide.
AI makes mistakes. That is why every score quotes the candidate’s own words, with the time in the interview, and why a second model from a different company re-scores each interview. Read the evidence before you decide. The decision is yours.
11. Liability#
In short. Crivello is provided as it is. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Crivello is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending use#
In short. Stop any time. Fees already due stay due.
You can stop using Crivello at any time. Fees already due stay due. We handle your data as the privacy policy says.
13. Governing law#
In short. Indian law, courts at Ludhiana.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction.
14. Changes#
In short. If a change matters, we email you first.
If a change matters to you, we email you before it applies. The date at the top shows the last change.
