Crivello is an AI recruiter for startups. Every score quotes the candidate's own words. It is built by a founder who has built for job seekers since February 2025.

After college, he could not get one interview.

So in February 2025 he built GenZCareer for job seekers: a resume builder, an ATS checker, AI mock interviews and a job tracker. He built it alone, and it is still live.

He built an auto-apply bot. Then he stopped.

Bots like it send recruiters 10 or 100 times more applications. The good people get buried, and founders have no time to find them. He calls it quality over quantity. Crivello is the other side of that table.

A number with no reason is not enough. These five rules are built into Crivello.

What we hold to
  1. Every score quotes the candidate's own words, with the time in the interview.
  2. The AI interviewer tells every candidate it is an AI.
  3. Every candidate turned down at screening gets a reason, and can reply to reach a person.
  4. The integrity report never changes a score.
  5. A person on our team reviews every finalist packet before you see it.

First, ten startups.

We start with 10 design partners: startups that just raised and are hiring. Their first role is free. After that it is $500 per role, plus 5% of first-year salary when you hire. First roles start in November 2026.

Next, not built yet: GenZCareer job seekers opting in to founders' roles, consent first. Camera and gaze checks are building next.
